Since upgrading to Windows 10, I have been unable to run a complete scan.

Quick scan does run, but the complete scan hangs up around 22% and never finishes. Installed and ran Trends anti-malware and no issues were found. Windows 10Pro, 64-bit

Updating your Trend Micro Security software

If it is already updated, you can try to use our Permission Tool because normally if the scan won't proceed it is caused by lack of permission on the computer.

Using the Trend Micro Permission Tool

If the issue still not resolve you may consider clean reinstalling the Trend Micro Security, just follow the instructions below.

1. Uninstalling Trend Micro Security software using the Uninstall Tool
2. Installing Internet Security

The software was/is up to date. Downloading the permission tool seems to have worked. Have successfully run two full scans since with no problems. Thanks for the help.
