Since installing Trend Micro, I am unable to back my iphone up to Itunes on my computers. Any ideas?

The Trend Micro Mobile Security app shouldn't block or interfere with the back up process from your phone to your computer. I am sensing that there might be conflicts with the iOS device that you are using and the version of the iTunes installed on your computer.

With this, we will need more help from your so we can run tests and check the issue from our end. We will need the following information:

Computer's Operating System:
