Since I started using your product my computer is running the speed of molasses. Is there anything I can do to speed it up?

Based from your problem description, your computer begun to slow down upon the installation of your Trend Micro program.

First, please check the process of the CoreServiceShell.exe if it is behaving normally. This process should not consume the CPU usage of your computer.

For the meantime, you may try to use the PC Health Checkup feature of your Trend Micro program to provide an aid to the slowing down of your computer. Please refer to the instructions provided on the link below.

Frequently Asked Questions about PC Health Checkup

Please also check if there are other antivirus software installed on your computer. This may cause a conflict on your Trend Micro program which could cause a slow down on your computer.
