My old laptop, which had Trend Micro Internet Security 2015 loaded onto it, has died. I simply want to download the same product onto my NEW laptop. How do I do it? Also, curious about downloading the Mac version of the same product onto my iPad Mini.

Sorry to hear about your old laptop and thanks for asking in our new support community! First, for your new laptop question, since your Internet Security is entitled to protect up to 3 PCs, you can simply install Trend Micro Internet Security directly on your new laptop. Please refer to the support doc below for detailed install steps:
Installing Internet Security 10 (2016) - Download, Install And Activate On Your Secondary Computer

To free up the seat taken up by your old laptop's Internet Security install, you can log into the Trend Micro Account Portal to check/add/remove devices covered by your Internet Security. Here's a reference doc for how to do this:
Deleting previous Trend Micro installations in your Trend Micro Account (MyAccount)
You will be able to see all the PCs that has Internet Security installed.

For your iPad question, if you have a Internet Security serial number, you can't install Trend Micro Security on iPad because Internet Security license only covers PCs, and not including Android and iOS devices. If you'd like to protect your iPad Mini, you can:
- Purchase a separate Mobile Security for iOS license now, please see:
Mobile Security for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad
- When you renew your Internet Security next year, upgrade to Maximum Security or Premium Security to protect devices on Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS. For a side-by-side comparison on the different editions, please see: http://www.trendmicro.com/us/home/products/software/index.html
