let's try to reset the components of your Password Manager program. Can you go to the Programs and then Password Manager, open Password Manager Diagnostic Toolkit. Go to the 'Components' tab and click on Stop Components button. Once that's done click on Start Components. Then close that window and reopen your browser to access Password Manager and see if the same error persists.
