Serious problem with Trend Micro renewal system.

I purchased the two year subscription renewal for Trend Micro Maximum Security PLUS Ultimate Service Plan on 4 August (Saturday). I used my CC instead of my debit card for the $140.67 total. I received the Trend Micro Order Confirmation email and proceeded with the download and installation. All was going well until I put the serial number from the previous purchase in the Main Console. The Trend Micro Main Console said the serial number was still expired.

I had the same issue the previous year and called Trend Micro Support. They told me that they weren't sure what the issue was and it should update in 3 to 4 hours. Here I am on 5 August (Sunday) and the Trend Micro Main Console still says expired. If the issue is because I used my CC, it doesn't make sense. If you use a CC at any retail location, you do not have to wait days to pick up your purchases.
