Serial Number Invalid Issue

I am not happy with my trend account.  I just restored my computer and reinstalled trend two times and it still asks for me to activate.  I've spoken to 3 techs and its still not activated.  Needless to say I've spent hours on trying to resolve this

I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

Have you tried to check for manual updates? If not yet, here's how:

1. On the lower right corner of your screen, look for the system tray icon.
2. On the system tray icon, look for the Trend Micro icon and right-click it and choose check subscription.
3. Wait for the subscription information and it should be activated automatically after.

Ok I just tried that, seems everything should be fine, I go back to my program and it still states its not activated.

Your web sitemust be infected. it took me 35 times filling out information to buy your stuff 35 times, What the hell gives. I click on one thing and 50 tabs open all the same. not I can get the damn activation code you sent me to enter. You need to do some work on this crap cause its a pain in the ass. almost scraped your fucking unit.
