Serial No entry

I have just renewed my Maximum Security and downloaded the files, but when it asked me for the serial no. I accidently clicked on trial and it now tells me that it will expire on17/6/18. My question is do I have to do the whole download again in order to enter the serial no. (which I have subsequently received via email) or is there some way I can just enter the serial no. Denise

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers, that is only at working hours. I am just a volunteer!
Go to the Settings Menu at the top Click on about the software then you get options for change or put
in the license key.

As our friend, Tom Emmelot, said. You can proceed on changing the serial number on your Trend Micro Security Main Console.

Hi Denise.
I'm not in your situation, so, I can't tell you exactly how to operate. However, try to follow as much as I tell you.
1. Open Main Console
2. Click the left mouse on  "Expires on 17/6/18 "
3. Here you should find a way to enter your Serial Number. I see a button with the written  "Change Your serial number" click on this button and should present the boxes in which to enter the S.N.
