Secret Snap photo from Mobile Security

I have the secret snap feature active on my mobile device. I tried it out a few times by putting in the wrong code 3 times. When I received the emails, the image where the photo should be is just a black image? Any thoughts?

• Can you please post the images that you received?

• Can you also check if the front cam of your mobile phone is working?

• Can you please provide the model of the mobile phone you are using?

• Can you also check if you enabled the permissions for the Trend Micro Mobile Security for Android?

As advised, please try to enable all the required permissions by Trend Micro Mobile Security by following the steps on this link.

Hello, I have the problem too with two different Android-devices: I can see in on the picture the person but it is very dark. All required permissions are set. Greets Peter
