Double Charging. I had to uninstall the first upload of TREND and was sent a email on how to reinstall it again without getting charged again. The only thing that happened was I was  able to get another 30 day trial and I just received a message that I have had no protection for 14 days. So I only had protection for a few months. I should have never left AVAST. TREND will get you into a world of crap and not tell you.

We understand that you are frustrated with the Trend Micro program on your end that is telling you that it will expire within the next days. We have checked your subscription and it seems to be all good until February of 2019. We also have checked your email address and we have found not duplicate charges.

What I am sensing that happened is that you might have selected the Trial Version when reinstalling the Trend Micro program and was not able to apply the Serial Number to activate your subscription.

Just be sure to secure your subscription's serial number to sync your account's expiration date.
