Scheduled time for scan does not match computer time, 7 hours different from scan time in settings to computer clock

There is a problem with how the regularly scheduled scan interprets the current time of day clock. I have set the full scan schedule for 2AM weekly on Wednesdays. I have no screen saver, just a blank (black) screen to save power when I lock my system each night.It appears that the scan wishes to schedule itself at 9AM weekly on Wednesdays.

It appears the scan functions correctly when it launches, it just causes performance slowdowns on other applications I'm using at the time.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Possible that the scheduled scan was canceled because some of the following events are set on your device even though you do not have a screen saver: 

When an application is running in full screen
Ongoing manual scan 
System upgrade/ update 
High CPU (60% or more)
