Scheduled scans failing to start up

I have set up my Trend Micro to do a full scan of my PC every Saturday evening at 6.00pm and my laptop at 6.00pm every Friday evening. These scans rarely start up at the appointed times. How do I set up the scans to be reliable.

This happens when you have a special screen saver running during the scheduled scan or your computer is in hibernation mode. To resolve this, please follow the instructions in this link:
