Scheduled scans are not running.

Have run in the past with no problems, however, Scheduled Scans just started NOT to run.

After decades of experience, I've come to the conclusion that Trend has difficulty getting their software to do anything automatically. When I boot up, I am not confident that Trend is protecting me, so I RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR and then UPDATE manually---then MINIMIZE. The fact that my manual updates usually download a new update tells me that Trend was not about to do so on its own. When I'm done working, I go to DEVICES & maximize my computer---then SCAN & SHUT DOWN WHEN FINISHED. 

I am not a computer guy, but can tell you that this process has resulted in zero infections, zero malware & zero problems with my computers.

Why start a new tread about the same problem and give no answer on the tread you started before?
