Message "Scheduled scan to begin soon" keeps popping up, but scan never occurs. I even went to the main console and did a "Scan Now". HP

Hi, bob.herd1.

Please check the status of the Trend Micro icon on the System Tray, if the status is "Now Scanning...".

You can change the time of the Scheduled Scan for a while so you can monitor the icon.
