Scans have not deleted any cookies from my computer for some time. Is this because your software can't find them, or some other reason?

Welcome to the Community, delmawest!

It may also be possible that there are no cookies saved on your browsers. May we know what browsers do you use (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, etc.) and do you usually reset the settings of your browsers?

Feel free to let us know! :)

Hi @charlbaesl,

You may choose to select either option (delete it one by one or delete all the cookies).
Cookies are snippets of your private information, like your name and email address, that your web browser keeps.
The warning message that says it may cause malfunctions is just a reminder that you may need to re-enter these information when you visit your websites again.

It is recommended that you delete the cookies for your safety.

We hope this information helps! Thank you and have a great day! :)
