Scanning Process

Your scanning process is extremely slow and does not seem to work at all. Recently I think someone hacked by system while i had Trend Micro installed, trying to figure out how reliable this security service is.

The slow scanning process depends on some factors like PC performance, number of files being scanned, and/or how often you run a scan. However, if the scan gets stuck at a certain percentage there are also factors we may need to consider.  With that, it would be best if you can provide us more information. What are the signs that made you think someone hacked your computer?
