Scanner won't start scan...remains at 0% Cannot shut TM off. This has continued for several days or longer. Have rebooted, no change.

Hi ,

How long you wait and it show 0% ?

- have you only one Security Software ?

- Scan All Drives with chkdsk 

- Reinstall Trend Micro 

- Defragment Drives .

- Do update Windows ?

- Maybe any Drive you scanned have many files .
