Scann stopped on process 38% because pwmsvc.exe

every, day the scann is stopped on process 38% because pwmsvc.exe = Pass word manager
what do I have to do in order to fix it ?

We are already aware of this issue. For us to verify the root cause of this issue, may we know how did you upgrade your Trend Micro program?

Did you download an installer from our download center?

May we also know the type of scan you used? Is it full scan or quick scan?

  • Same issue - freezes at 38% on pwmsvc.exe. After upgrade with download from download centre following instructions. Happens on both full and quick scan.
