Scan stops at 35%

My scan won't go past 35% "Scanning for Trojan Horse Programs" Worm_Agents.sps

Any ideas????

Mine also has a habit of "hanging" at 35% for a bit, then continues on. Here's an answer to a similar question from one of the Trend Micro techs:

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused you already.  Have you take note of the specific file name where the Trend Micro scan hangs? One reason that this happens is because the file being scanned might be corrupted or that the Trend Micro program does not have a permission to scan this file.

Hi Ian,

It hangs on file: Worm_Agents.sps. It also won't shut down or do anything else, I'm going to have to reboot in order to close the TM scan window. Weird.
