Since you are experiencing the same issue I have created a new thread just for you. Please try to do the steps on this link for you to restart the components of the Trend Micro program and check if the issue still persist.

Disabling and enabling your Trend Micro program

If the issue still persist after following all the steps on all the links please proceed in doing a clean install of the program on your computer. First please follow the steps on this link for you to use the tools to remove the Trend Micro program and its remnants.

Uninstalling Trend Micro program

After following the steps on the link to uninstall the program please follow the steps on this link to install the program again on your computer.

Installing Trend Micro Antivirus+ Security
