Safe Install -- Receiving A problem parsing the package

I recently renewed my Trend Micro Premium security account and attempted to activate Safe Install in the Mobile Security app.  I received the message, "Parse error   There was a problem parsing the package."

I then uninstalled Trend Micro Mobile Security app and went to the Google Store, reinstalled the app, entered my serial number, and all seemed OK, until I went to active Safe Install again.  I am still receiving the message, "trendmicro01
