Renewal trouble

Last week, I tried to renew my subscription for another year. I received an email saying "something has been left in your shopping cart", so I went through the process again. Now - I have been charged twice! How do I fix this?

I was able to verify that you renew your subscription twice. You don't have to worry because that only means that your subscription has been renewed for two years.

Please check your Trend Micro program's expiration date. It should be November 13, 2019.
