why do I keep getting renewal reminders and special offers when I have 3 mths left on my subscription your special offers are dearer than purchasing from any shop?

Online purchases are much more expensive that purchasing a subscription from a shop (includes taxes, etc.). The only difference is that there will be added services for online purchases like 24/7 Phone Support, Virus Removal, Premium Installation, and many more.
