Renewal offer - s/w expiration unchanged after purchase

I received an email to renew at a discounted rate - I did renew and paid to extend my licenses. I downloaded and installed the new software - however, my expiration date still says it is coming due in May and it is giving me notifications that my license will expire in x days. I have renewed. Why is my license still looking like it is going to expire. I need this fixed, please help.
