Renewal not taking effect/Multiple devices

I just renewed my Trend Micro Maximum Security coverage for my laptop. I upgraded so that I can use it on up to 3 devices. It does not expire until 2/24/17 and both online and  in my desktop app it is still showing that I need to renew it even though I received a confirmation email. In addition when I tried to put it on a second computer I received a message that it is already on 3 devices and that I would need to disable one of these devices. Can someone direct me to where I can find a list of the devices the software is on? Thank you!

For your issue, we have checked your account information and looks like the license has been activated and the expire date is 2018-02-25.
