Hi! I ́m trying to renew my subscription, using the "renew now" option in the app, but the payment site (credit card) will only accept subscribers in Canada or USA, including Guam and Virgin Islands. I get the same problem trying to use the link on your premium offer. Are you no longer accepting customers in Europe?

Thank you for posting your concern here.

The reason why you're renewal requires you to pay in either US or Canadian dollars is because the country that was set to your Trend Micro account is United States. For you to be able to renew on your local currency, you may login to your Trend Micro account by clicking here.

Once logged in, go to Account tab and then change the country settings saved on the account by clicking on the options for Location. Once done, click on Update Profile.

After changing the country settings, try to renew your Trend Micro subscription again and you should be able to pay for it using your local currency.
