Hi I have been with trend micro for years and now it is renewal time again how come it will be £110 to renew but to buy new subscription on the usa 2 year 5 devices it is $75 whch is £57 and on the uk website its £77 for the same subscription for new customers i feel as though you are trying to rip off loyal customers

Apologies if you’re feeling that way,I hope I can be able to explain the issue.

The discounts or sale depends actually on our Marketing Team. Like right now, new purchase is discounted depending also on the sale period. It was timely probably when you renewed your subscription back then that it was cheaper compared to now. And as of now, the price that you’re currently seeing is currently the original price of the product that is why it is a bit expensive compared to the new purchase.

Hello TM_Patch,

Unfortunately , you did not explain anything; the renewal issue has been reported many times and it seems like there is no mechanism to reward loyalty.

The idea of hopping that the user will not notice and will pay £110 is outrageous .

I always bought TM subscription from third parties, sometime as low as 8$ / 3 devices / 1 year.

That's why it pays to always check the best deals.
Sometimes it's cheaper to renew, sometimes it's cheaper to buy new.

incredible ive just been on the phone to them and my god what a waste of time 
6 years with trend and i think thats me finished with them absolute rip off 
no reward for loyalty
