Removing ehdrv.sys

I am trying to re-install my Trend Maximum on a new PC which replaces my previous PC. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. This one came with a trial version of ESET Nod32 which I have uninstalled using the control panel. When I try to install Trend I keep getting a message Incompatible Software found, ESET Security, service ehdrv.

I have followed the instructions issued on line by ESET. When I try to remove the file ehdrv.sys from the drivers folder in System 32 I get a message that the file is in use.

When I try to use the device manager there is no hidden folder for non-plug and play devices.

I have restarted several times but still cannot install my Trend. What else can I do to get rid of this service ehdrv file?

Thanks

@Amir  Thanks for helping!

@Fergus  Thanks for using our Maximum Security product! I understand that the support page "How do I delete the ehdrv driver using Device Manager in Microsoft Windows?" from ESET doesn't help you solve this issue. Unfortunately, our support team does not have enough knowledge about ESET product, and we suggest you to contact their support directly.

Here is the link where you can get support from ESET:
Contact Us page for ESET

Hope this helps! Once the issue with ESET is resolved, feel free to come back here anytime if there is any problem with Maximum Security installation and we'll be happy to assist. Thanks!
