Thank you for asking here! Here are 2 features of Internet Security can remove specific cookies for you: Scan and PC Health Checkup.

Scan feature
detects and deletes malicious cookies which can be used to track your activity online by malicious software; PC Health Checkup feature detects tracking cookies which remember the user name and password without encrypted and might compromise your privacy. Actually, you don't need to enable PC Health Checkup manually since this feature is enabled and bundled with Quick San by default, but you can refer to following support page for detailed settings: Configuring the PC Health Checkup of Trend Micro Security software

However, most of the cookies are very small text files and the main purpose of cookies is to prepare customized web pages for users. If you want to remove cookies in major browsers, please refer to online documents below:
Delete and manage cookies (Internet Explorer)
Clear, enable, and manage cookies in Chrome (Chrome)
Delete cookies to remove the information websites have stored on your computer (Firefox)

Please let me know if this answer meets your needs. Thanks!
