I was able to check for the details of your subscription and I have confirmed its enrollment to the Automatic-Renewal Plan.
Granting your request, I have now disabled the automatic renewal feature of your Trend Micro subscription to prevent future charges on your account. You should not receive any notices regarding this anymore.
