reinstalling got err # 1603 3003 oexoxeoff0001 but help sent me to 1603 3002 0x0000... Are their steps same? where would get suggestions for #1603 3003  hp pavilion 23 win 8.1 downloaded latest version Jan 6 2017 from Trend Micro Site . Thanks for any help EW

For your this error code issue, this can happen if there are remnants of the previously installed Trend Micro Security software. So we suggest uninstalling Trend Micro Security by the Diagnostic Toolkit:
Uninstalling Trend Micro Security and older programs using the Diagnostic Toolkit

If you have any problems by using the Diagnostic Toolkit, please refer to the above support page "Having problems removing Trend Micro?" section to remove any leftover Trend Micro files.

After trying the above steps, you can install the latest version of your Trend Micro Security:
For Premium Security/Maximum Security (Serial Numbers starting with "X")
Installing Premium Security 2017
Installing Maximum Security 2017

Please let us know if the above procedures work for you.

Since you are using Antivirus+ Security, after trying to uninstall Trend Micro Security by the Diagnostic Toolkit (The link that Tom provided.) Please re-install you Antivirus+ Security by the following step.

For Antivirus+ Security (Serial Numbers starting with "A")
Installing Antivirus+ Security 2017

If you're still seeing the error message, please do provide a picture of the message, we'll help you soon!
