I would like a refund. I have just purchased your app only to discover that it does not block websites on privacy browsers such as duckduckgo. This is completely ineffective to me & goes against the reason I purchased it in the first place.

Hello,
I always suggest to try the product (any product) in trial before purchase to check better if it meets you requirements. 
Anyway, the info available on sites says explicity what are the supported browsers. 
So my suggestion is to read release notes and product specification before to purchase. 

For 'minor' browsers I think no compatibles AV products exist.

the representative helps the User to his question. 

Honestly I did non understand what are you doing here. If you do not like Trend Micro, you can go to another AV manufacturer forum. 

Anyway, as you know (do  you know?), the End User can find Purchase detail on the mail he received on purchase order email. 
I know you are an expert in Trend Micro product, so please excuse me. 

I hope to read again about of your immense knowledge in network security.
