ransomware false postives?

Can some please confirm that irefone.exe is actually ransomware like Trend Micro thinks. I purhcased this program and Trend blocks it.

I am concerned and not sure what to do, I suspect the irefone company would just tell me it is a false positive.

About this possible ransomware false positive, we suggest to upgrade the Trend Micro program on your computer to the latest version as a part of initial troubleshooting. We were able to check your records here from our end and it shows that you still have the previous version. With that, please check the article below for the instructions on how you can install the latest version of Trend Micro Security on your computer.
