Quick scan never stops and never shows more than 0% scan. Can't stop the scanning procedure manually.

Thank you for contacting us in community. For your Quick Scan issue, this could be due to a number of different factors. We suggest uninstalling first and reinstall your Maximum Security to the latest version to reset the program and patterns. Please check out this article for step by step directions on how to do it.
