Purchasing Mobile security --- a horrible time wasting experience

I've been trying to purchase Trend MicroTM Mobile Security - Personal Edition 2-yr. I continue to receive this error .

"An error occurred while validating your entries. Please correct the data in the highlighted fields below"

there are no highlighted fields to correct. This has become an extremely horrible experience. I've spent 20 minutes trying to check out, re-enter the info. Now I'm writing support, simply wasting my time. This should have taken 3-minutes.
