Protection interrupted

Hi, I run Trend Micro Maximum Security 2017, 11.0.1186 (Component versions). Inter i7 system with window 10.1 installed and up to date, I have not installed any new programs lately but since last night 23-01-2017 I get a message that a problem has interrupted my protection and to restart. After the restart the same happen +- 5 min into the new session, no indication as to what the problem is?

For your issue, Could you try the following steps and check if the same symptom occurs:

Step1: Run an update manually
  1. Right-click on the Trend Micro system tray icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
  2. Click "Check for Program Updates" and the About Your Software windows will appear and will automatically check for available updates.
Step2: Disconnect your Internet 

Step3: Perform a Full Scan
Running a scan using your Trend Micro Security software - refer to "Performing Quick or Full Scan"

Step4: Connect your Internet again

If the problem still persists, we would like to suggest that you reinstall the program on fixing this issue.
Reinstalling the latest version of Trend Micro Security program

Thanks guys, nothing worked, full scan ran for 1 minute and found nothing - obviously not working correctly. Done a new install, problem solved. Thanks again
