Protection disabled message

Maximum Security keeps saying that a problem has temporarily interrupted my protection and I need to restart the computer. This has happened four times this morning. I keep restarting and the message keeps appearing. Should I just reinstall?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. 

When did the issue started to happen? Have you installed something do you remember the last action you did on your computer that may affect the program? If not, then we will just proceed with the basic troubleshooting steps that we can try to fix the issue. Please see it below. 

Step 1: Downloadand use the Anti Threat toolkit to scan for malwares and infections on yourcomputer. 
           - For 32-bit
           - For 64-bit
If you are not sure of what you must download, press Windows + R keys on your keyboard and then type dxdiag.

Step 2: Restartthe component of the Trend Micro program using the Diagnostic Toolkit. Click here to see how to do it.

Step 3: Check if program has the latest update through manual update.

Step 4: Check if your computer have conflicting software installed on it, you can use the link below to see the list of the programs you must remove before installing the Trend Micro program. Click here to see the list of those programs. 

Step 5: If the issue still persists even after the first 3 steps, we will now proceed with reinstalling the Trend Micro program, you can use the link below so you can use the Remnant File Remover tool to remove the Trend Micro program installed on your computer:

Step 6: After removing the Trend Micro program, you can now proceed installing the program back again, you can use the link below as reference on how you can do that:

Step 7: If all else fails, kindly contact us as soon as possible, here are some ways to Contact Trend Micro Technical SupportClick on View Premium Support Numbers and then look for the numbers on your country.
