My Trend Micro maximum security was working fine until the latest update downloaded. Now, I cannot enable protection. Message says protection disabled. Re-start your computer. I have done this many times and it always comes up with those two messages. HELP please
Sorry for the inconvenience. For this protection disabled issue, we suggest you reinstall Maximum Security to reset the program and patterns. Hopefully, a reinstall will reset everything back to normal.
It's a long list, but a simple way to identify conflict software is making sure no software from major security product companies is installed on your machine first: - McAfee (AntiSpyware, Online Backup, SiteAdvisor, etc.) - Kaspersky (Security Scan, etc.) - Symantec / Norton (Antispam, Online Backup, Online Backup, etc.) - AVG
