I've renewed the protection yesterday, July 12, 2016

Price: $16.15

This is the second time I've been "rip-off" by TREND


On June 2, 2016 I purchased Trend Micro Maximum Security 10 PLUS Ultimate Service plan - 1 year. Plus $10 for a disc.

Pass word: ***removed private information*** 
serial number ***removed private information*** 
Price: $137.06

Both DO NOT work. Disc DOESN'T work.
I need this corrected, my satisfaction, as soon as possible

Not surprised you get ripped of if you freely publish your (account) order number and password on public sites.

Now, clam down and tell me what your problem is - in simple terms such as, "I have a Windows (version) PC and I cannot get <product> to install correctly on it. I have done <what you have done> and I see these <messsages>.

I have windows 7.  My problems is with both 
Trend Micro password manager and
Trend Micro Maximum Security 10 PLUS Ultimate Service plan 
as previously stated.
I've typed in the serial numbers to both 
Response was incorrect serial number
