Problems with Sync.com Application after Restarting Computer

We use sync.com software.  I have endless recurring problems of getting their program to work after reboot.  If I disable scanning on Trend then restart Sync application it generally fixes it but would be great to get it to work without all that drama.

We understand that you are having troubles with a third party application - Sync.com on your computer and you came up that the problem is not occuring once you have disable the Trend Micro Security. Allow  me to help you with this.

You may want to add the Sync.com application in the Trend Micro Security's Exception list.

If that is an installed application on your computer, you may try adding the whole folder where the program's files are saved or located.

Try this:

Go in de main menu, to settings / other settings and choose "Extra security"

Can I ask you to provide us scenarios of the problems that you are encountering with the sync.com application? Upon checking, the application is used for cloud storage.

Please provide us as well the following information:

1. Operating System of the device affected
2. Trend Micro program version
3. Version of the affected application
4. Folder Shield protected folders.
5. Exact file path for the local storage of the sync application

This is for us to provide possible resolution regarding your concern.
