Problems with printer

I recently installed Trend Micro security but it seems to have destabilised my computer. Some of my programmes are not performing as well, or are slower, but in particular it won't allow me to print anything. I have reinstalled my printer software three times now but each time Trend seems to knock it out. This problem only started within minutes of installing Trend. Can you help please?

Thank you for reporting this issue! Regarding your description, we suspect your printer is blocking by Maximum Security. We suggest installing your printer after you temporarily disable Maximum Security. We have a support document that explains how to do this:
Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software - see "Disabling Trend Micro Program"

Don't forget to enable your Maximum Security after the installation.
