Problems with all 3 issues. Just spent the last 2 1/2 hrs., trying to figure out what's going on here? I thought these issues were automatically done in the background, but these issues have been going on for months now, *Auto Update, *Trend Turned Off, *Searching for Internet Connection. From what I'm reading quite a few subscribers are having the same issues & Replies from Trend are telling US the users this is OUR job to FIX. At this point doesn't TREND SEE THIS AS A PROBLEM ON THEIR END & NOT THE USER? What is TREND DOING to FIX THESE ISSUES? Thank You.

Did you try a new install?
As a beta tester for TM can i assure you that they test a lot before a newer version is spread to the customers, but there are so much types of configurations, and people put programs on their computers of all kind and those program's got bugs, also the program's from TM !So tell us more about your specific problem because no PC is the same!
