Problems with all 3 issues. Just spent the last 2 1/2 hrs., trying to figure out what's going on here? I thought these issues were automatically done in the background, but these issues have been going on for months now, *Auto Update, *Trend Turned Off, *Searching for Internet Connection. From what I'm reading quite a few subscribers are having the same issues & Replies from Trend are telling US the users this is OUR job to FIX. At this point doesn't TREND SEE THIS AS A PROBLEM ON THEIR END & NOT THE USER? What is TREND DOING to FIX THESE ISSUES? Thank You.
