1) keyboard automatically close on most apps. Tried on Chrome, LINE, Hangout
2) apps lags and freeze for few seconds(2~4sec) from time to time. Mobius Final Fantasy has freezing problem n youtube will pause automatically and laggy

After uninstalling the antivirus, everything back to normal. Only happens when I'm using mobile data.

I'm using Honor 8 pro with android 7.0.
Just uninstalled the antivirus today 6/2/2018, which should be the latest update.

Actually I reached out to Huawei before I found out the cause is actually by this app. They already asked me to reset to factory default once, so I don't think that caches r the issue.

Thanks for the response, cybuster2001.

Can you reinstall it so that we can further check why is the issue happening? Once it is installed, kindly check if it still persists. If yes, disable the Messenger Protection from the Trend Micro Mobile Security and check again if it is being caused by it.

We would appreciate a response from you regarding this issue. Thank you.

I've found the cause.
It was cause by the wifi checker.
When I leave my wifi on, but no connectable AP so my phone automatically uses mobile data, the problems happen. But when I turn off my wifi or connected to a wifi, the everything went back to normal.
So I turn off the wifi checker in the app and everything is fine now.
