Problem installing premium security.

Hi. Trying to install Trend Micro Premium Security on a Android device. I follow all the steps and after I put in the activation code and the message UNABLE TO CONNECT TO TREND MICRO. PLEASE TRY AGAIN keeps appearing.

May we know if you have tried connecting to a different network? We would like to advise that you should be connected to a stable Internet connection when trying to activate this app.

Also, to further help, may we know what is the model of the Android Device and as well as the Android Version for further verification.

I understand that you want to activate the Trend Micro Mobile Security on your iPad. To download, install and activate Mobile Security for iOS, please follow the steps below:


Step 1. Go to App Store, then search for Trend Micro.

Step 2. Open Trend Micro Mobile Security, then tap Get.

Step 3. Tap Install.

Step 4. Tap Open once installation is finished.

Step 5. Accept the License Agreement.

Step 6. Tap Next then Done to exit the help screen guide.

Step 7. Go to Settings > Set Up Account, then sign in with your Trend Micro account.


Note: Please check if your phone does meet the system requirement of the Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS.
