printer still "off Line"

AT&T was here and replaced TimeWarner as my Internet provider, but I discovered after they left that my printer was off line. I set up the router to printer and restarted, still off line HELP

You've stated that you set up the router to the printer. You should have done the reverse, setting up the printer to the router entering the modem passcode on the printer, assuming you have a wireless printer. I've had AT&T and Trend Micro for years and have not had a problem even after changing printers. Good Luck, and let us know how it works for you.

Regarding your situation, let's isolate to make sure the error is not due to Trend Micro Security. Please check if this error is displayed after you temporarily disable Trend Micro Security. We have a support document that explains how to do this:
Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software

Don't forget to enable your Internet Security after the confirmation.

If the problem is solved after you temporarily disable Trend Micro Security, please describe the problem in detail so we can understand more background before recommending a solution.
