Pop-up to re-subscribe when I am covered.

I keep getting a pop-up when I go on the internet saying I am not protected, but I have paid until April 2017, and I have checked my trend micro and it says I am protected.. Why is this pop-up coming up? Is this a marketing thing? Or is there possible 3rd party hacks involved?

Hi @hassallmedaily, I understand your frustration.
For your issue, we suggest you to un-install and re-install Trend Micro Maximum Security to the latest version (Ver.11) to reset the program and patterns. Here's a reference doc for the steps:

If the problem persists, we need a bit more information from you. Could you provide detailed descriptions (e.g. actions taken before the pop-up) and the screenshots of the issue you're encountering?
