I want to change coverage from our old computer to our new one. The directions on line do not work because there is no way to chose the product I own. The directions don't work because it won't let choose.
Upon checking your account, your subscription is only good for 1 PC which is why you cannot remove the protection from the device currently protected. To transfer the protection successfully, proceed with downloading and installing the program to your desired PC. You may follow the link below. Installing Trend Micro Security During this process, you will get an error message "Too Many Installations" which will let you sign in your Trend Micro Account. This will allow the transferring of protection from the old PC to the new one.
