Please turn off auto-renew

Please turn off my auto-renew. I've logged onto my account and there is no option. I've logged into the product to find the 'Cancel auto-renew' button per the FAQ and such a button does not exist. I have scanned the website for those words.

Please cancel ASAP. It is illegal and fraudulent. I never signed up to auto-renew and have no capability to cancel it.

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with cancelling the auto renewal feature of your account. Since there is no more option for you to disable or cancel it on your account, it means that the feature is already disabled. I also counter check it on our end and it is already turned off. Rest assured that you will no longer receive any future charges from Trend Micro.
