Hi pskoski,

Have you tried uninstalling it via Control Panel? If you haven't, here's how:

1. From the Start Menu, select Control Panel.
2. Under Programs click the Uninstall a Program link.
3. Right click PDF Pro 10. Then, select Uninstall.
4. Follow the prompts to finish the uninstallation of the software.

Let me know how it goes.

Hope this helps.

The pdfpro100 does not show up in control panel so I cannot choose it to uninstall.   When I do a search and finally find it, the uninstall button is not available.  Thank you for the help and responding though!

Hi pskoski!

PDF Pro 100 is a possible unwanted application or what we call PUA. Kindly perform the following to check where PDF Pro 100 resides.

1. Check Processes and Startups in the Task Manager. If you see it in the processes, click on End Task. If you see it on Startups, Disable it.
2. Check browser extensions. If you see PDF Pro 100 there, kindly remove it. You may also try to reset your browser settings if you cannot remove it.

Let me know how it goes.

Just to verify, did Trend Micro make a detection for PDF Pro 100? If yes, please let me know.
